The Development Strategies Research Of HuiShang Bank

HuiShang bank, officially established on December 12^th, 2005, is the first joint-stock commercial bank merging and combining the city commercial banks with the city credit cooperatives in China, which marks a great event in the financial industry. With the deepening of the reforming and opening up in the financial industry and China's successful accession into the WTO, the banking industry is facing more and more intense competition. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical importance to formulate the proper development strategy of HuiShang bank and adjust itself to the market on the careful analysis of its environment in a short term and seize the market opportunity rapidly to gain development in the aspect of financial management.The thesis makes a professional analysis of hushing bank from strategic management by using PEST analysis (including politics, economy, social factors and technology) and SWOT analysis. On these bases, the main factors affecting the development of hushing bank are pointed out in a logical way and three strategies are presented. In the meantime, the thesis makes corresponding tactics and comprehensive executive programs so that the strategies can be easily understood and carried out in practice.In order to make the established strategies more feasible and easy to be put into practice, the author tries to make full use of such knowledge as marketing management and human resource management and so on. In a sense, the successful writing of this thesis is the author's attempt to put the knowledge she acquired into practice.
