Huhhot Economy Development Resources Restraintand Environment Supporting Capacity Question Research

Nowadays the adjustment of industrial structure and the improvement of consume structure upgrade in the term of accelerating the development of industrializing, as brings the strategic opportunity to develop the industry division, and make the structure of economic reasonable. It is the important time to implement the view of science development and to construct the harmonious society in the period of the fifteen-five-years program. It is so significant to make good use of the strategic opportunity, keep the development long term, quick and efficient, and construct the middle-class society.In this paper, the condition of natural resources are analyzed and studied under the influence of the restriction in the development of economy and environment capacity, which are divided into three parts. In the first part, with the development of economy and society in Huhhot, especially the industry of resource consuming, it is bring pressure to land, water, energy, transportation, environment capacity etc., and the condition in 2020 is predicted. In the second part, the capacity of industrial development, including the biggest capacity and the best capacity, is analyzed under the resources and environment in Huhhot, and the influence of resources and environment protecting to the adjustment of industrial structure in Huhhot is studied. In the last part, the population scale, including the scale of the biggest existing population and the scale of the best existing population, and the suitable population layout is analyzed.According to the analysis above, the methods are put forward to resolve the restriction of resources and environment capacity.
