Research On Great-Leap-Forward Development Of Manufacturing Enterprise Informatization

16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China brought forward the path to "persist in using IT to propel industrialization, which will, in turn, stimulate IT application". Industrialization is the basis for informatization , and informatization is the development or extent for industrialization. The level of enterprise informatization has become a remarkable symbol for determining a country's level of modernization and nation's strength. Promoting and facilitating enterprise informatization and applying advanced information technology to reform conventional industry and increase the core competitive ability for enterprise is the requirement for globalization in an evermore competitive global economy and a key responsibility in the actualization for the new model in industrialization.Currently, the development of enterprise informatization in our nation is at low level. Acknowledging the Strengths, the Weaknesses, the Opportunities and the Threats in Manufacturing enterprise informatization, clarifying the realm of enterprise informatization and how to adopt a diverging path different from developed countries in enterprise informatization, how to exercise enterprise informatization to promote the development of industrialization, use industrialization to facilitate informatization. These are all essential in actualizing and determining the strategy in informatization development and realized that emphasized in the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.This paper has done some foundational research in these key questions in manufacturing enterprise informatization, these key questions content research as follows:First, summarizes the concept of the enterprise informatization, links the special condition of our country, and analyzes the construction history, present situation and problem of our country enterprise informatization.Second, studies the appraisal system of enterprise informatization development, utilizes one kind of quota and more operating method that can obtain the level of manufacturing enterprise informatization more accurately. And draw out the Strengths, the Weaknesses, the Opportunities and the Threats of manufacturing enterprise informatization.Third, analyzes the theory of great-leap-forward development, studies the mutual promotion mechanism of the industrialization and the informatization, proposes that new industrialization road is the inevitably choice to the great-leap-forward development of enterprise informatization.
