The Research On The Structure Of The Green Supply Chain Based On Cycle Economy

The domestic and foreign environmental pressure is growing. China, what's more, is facing the pressures of population, resources, environment and the contradictions among the three are prominent. The development of cycle economy has already been an irresistible trend and attracted Chinese government special attention. The realization of cycle economy development pattern requires the improvement of people ideology, especially practical and feasible way. The green supply chain management (environment supply chain management) is precisely such one brand-new business management idea that conforms to the characteristics of modern industry economical system- only if we devotes diligently to the green of each link and the whole of the chain supplies, we could achieve the sustainable development goal.This paper is to study the environment problem of the whole chain and the enterprises on it. Firstly, based on the theory of cycle economy, the concept of the green, the green supply chain and the green supply chain manage are defined. The accomplishment of green supply chain should be set about from three aspects: government, entire society and enterprises. The government formulates environment standard which should be executed, through the policy guidance, provides the power to the enterprise, and meets the regulations guidance requirement. The enhancement of the entire social environment consciousness can urge the enterprises for the market demand to green constantly and meet the market direction need. Through the implementation of green supply chain and enterprise, and the effort of the government, society and enterprises, the great goal of economizing on resource and environment care society must be achieved.Then, according to cycle economic theory and traditional supply chain structure, the overall green supply chain structure is created. The green supplies chain structure includes reuse cycle, reproduction cycle, recycle, general cycle- these four cycle circle from infancy to maturity. Since humanity's activities only pursue semi-closure cycle, the completely closed general cycle could only be realized by the union with nature. For the reason that the dispensation to waste is ceaselessly while the difficulty of dispensation technology is temporary, so we should convert the thought of burying the waste into one which deposits temporarily.
