The management consultation's developmental level is the gauge of one nation's business management level and competitive power. At present, about 50% enterprises of the Global 500 Companies all are in long-term cooperation with the famous international management consultation company. On the grounds of the authoritative expert's estimation, Chinese consultation market capacity will reach 10,000 million dollars till 2010, and the management consultation industry will be placed on the industry list for absorbing foreign capital. But comparing to developed countries', Chinese management consultation has a large distant on quality, quantity and scale. In face of the huge demand and the appeal of improving the management consultation project's performance, consulting company has to work hard to fill up the gap in the market.And now, the internal research on the management consultation mostly stays on the surface, and mostly concentrates on its strategy and the comparison of Chinese– foreign management consultation industry, but the deep research on its core business——consultation project's operation is approaching zero. As a result, in the process of the consultation project's operation, the phenomena of objective out of control never cease because of the awkward consulting theory and manager's faults, and the weak project batting average severely affects both consultant parties'profit. So, how to manage, control and achieve the management consultation objective becomes the importance to the consultant.This thesis takes the balanced control of the management consultation project as the research object, raises we should correctly cognize the consultation project's performance with the combination of management consultation project's characteristics and construct the project's objective system on the base of both parties'profits, by integrating investigated information from consulting company, correlative documents, network-data and other achievements,etc. Through analyzing the relevant relationship between the internal objective's factor and its influence on the objective system, the thesis puts forward the dynamic balance of the objective performance, and computes the balanced region of the objective performance by exerting planning algorithms. And then, the thesis raises Group decision-Analytic hierarchy process to construct the balanced controlling model and compute the realized path as well as argue the planned-controlling model and remedy-contolling model for the balanced project objectiv.
