Study On Supplier Evaluate And Management Based On Project Group Management

As global economic integration of the sustainable development of the increasingly fiercemarket competition, many enterprises have to pay more and more attention to the factors, whichwill affect the cost control and the schedules of project group. Project group means manymarked individuality projects run together, projects which in the group have their specializationfactors and common factors, this bring some new problems of project purchasing management.This thesis will base on the factors of project group management and focus on supplierevaluation and management on the acting of project group. All the materials of project group areseparated into five different categories. We use Brain Storming and Analytic Hierarchy Processmethod to build a mathematic model to analysis the supplier evaluation and management factors,and try to use this mathematic model on a case study to prove the scientific and usefulness of themodel.
