The contribution ratio from technology made to economy developing is about 70%-80% in developed countries. But as china, it is only around 40%. Our country's big companies have got some achievements in the background of the competition and urging from government. In recent years, the researches on small and medium-sized enterprises innovations have been greatly focused by the enterprise and correlative government departments. The reason is that small and medium-sized enterprises innovations play an important role in the national economic development and the enhancement of synthesis competition. Then on this base, the article analyzed diversified advantage factors and disadvantage factors, and pointed that some disadvantages of small and medium-sized enterprises' could be solved by the public innovation platform.
