Research On Synergy Of The Structure Of Property Right And Industrial Structure

The structure of property right is an essential factor that affects industrial structure; one structure interworks the other in their evolution processes. Whether the structure of property right is adaptable works on the evolution process of industrial structure directly, making full understanding on characters,evolution, influential factors of the structure of property right counts for much more. It not only has theory meaning but also has practical meaning to promote the industrial structure on how to optimize the structure of property right.Based on researching synergy situation between property right, this paper synthetically using the research in the fields of economics such as work dividing theory, transaction cost theory, synergy theory and so on, employing several research methods such as theoretic and actuality analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, studies the situation of the structure of property right and industrial structure, and concludes that at present the fundamental reason of low synergy situation is that traditional property policy and inconsistent industrial structure.This paper has three sections.The first section, theoretic research, expatiates upon the structure of property right based on the connotation of property theory, discussing definitions, origin, functions of property right. Further more it deeply studies the definition, influencing factors, optimization of the structure of property right.The second section, analysis of actuality, Firstly it studies the tight relationship of the structure of property right and industrial structure during their evolution, their interplaying via work dividing theory. Then analysis the quantity measurement of the synergy situation by using synergy model and make the conclusion that actuality is low synergy.
