Nowadays, the development of world economy is falling up and down; the pace of political and global economy is faster, industrial structure is under a period of continuous changing and regulating. China as a developing country, is melting into the process of global economy, and has obtained fast and sustainable economic development, above all is boosting the economic strength of our country, to the most degree, lies on the base of equipment manufacturing and the development of high-tech industry of the country. China as a developing country, developing high-tech industry vigorously and reconstructing the development of traditional manufacturing industry through high-tech is the trend. Thus, the research on traditional manufacturing industry and high-tech industry synergetic development, has most important significance on both theoretically and practical.The research on traditional manufacturing industry and high-tech industry development in this paper mainly contains the following several aspects, firstly, this paper referred to a great many of literature on traditional manufacturing industry and high-tech industry development home and abroad, summarized the necessity of traditional equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry synergetic development. Secondly, on the base of Synergetics, studies and analyses the relationship between traditional equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry, from the point of view of competition and Synergetics, analyses the relationship between the two industries, and according to the concept of order parameter in Synergetics, put forward the order parameter in traditional equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry synergetic development. On fixed quantity aspect, on theoretical analysis bases, designing an index system to evaluate the degree of traditional manufacturing industry and high-tech industry system synergetic, through the evaluation of the degree in traditional equipment industry and high-tech industry synergetic development, to analyses the degree in traditional equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry and promote methods.Finally, this thesis makes a demonstration of Heilongjiang province synergetic development of traditional equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry and puts forward some strategies for synergetic development.
