Study On Construction Enterprise Management After Passing "Integrated Management System"

This paper introduces the producing background,the present implementing status and disadvantages of ISO9000 Standard Quality Management System,ISO14000 Standard Environment Management System and OHSMS18000 Profession Health Management System, and the significance for enterprises to pass these Integrated Management System.The integrated management system are quality guaranteeing,environment managing and staff safety managing systems set by enterprise managers to adjust to the economic development and to make enterprise stand in market and win by competition . Through building and implementing Integrated Management System, the enterprise can improve its managingstandard and competition ability and promote the development of societyeconomy by producing more products satisfying to customers.Having Kunming Railway Building Limited Company as study object, this paper studies the problems among enterprise management after passing Integrated Management System, such as, irrational structure,incomplete system,over formation of internal verification and unreasonable gaze upon customers, and thus provides solution to these problems. These solutions are: (1) Complete the Integrated Management System. Change present irrational structure to adjust to enterprise development. (2) Simplify the process of Integrated Management System. Make Integrated Management System cover all departments of the company to control their management. (3) Change some managing methods of the company to make sure that Integrated Management System is not only a kind of form but also the glory of the company and can come into effect in management. (4) Combine Integrated Management System with the construction of enterprise culture to make the staff get identity and ownership in enterprise and devote to its management actively.
