Research On Application Of QHSE Management System In Enterprise Culture Construction Of Guizhou Gas Group

In view of the overall planning and energy distribution of the state, relying on China-Myanmar and Zhongwei-Guizhou natural-gas, Guizhou Gas Group commits to provide energy security which is clean, safe and affordable for both economic and social development and environmental improvement. Since 2008, the ISO: 9001:2008 quality management system has been run for Guizhou Gas Group. However, in recent years, natural-gas pipeline has entered into Guizhou, as well as the frequent occurrence of safety accidents, which shows that a simple quality management system can’t meet the requirements of the development of Guizhou Gas Group. In this premise, based on quondam one, Guizhou Gas Group established HSE(Health, Safety, and Environment) management system in April, 2014. QHSE management system is the outcome for integrating the two. In this case, the establishment and integration of QHSE management system in Guizhou Gas Group have a preliminary implementation.Corporate culture is the souls, permeating into an enterprise and it provides an inexhaustible driving force for the development of the enterprise. By taking specific examples of construction of corporate culture in Guizhou Gas Group, firstly, this thesis intends to discuss the necessity and practical significance of the application of QHSE management system in construction of corporate culture and analyze the integration of quality management system and HSE management system,in addition,the scheme of QHSE management system will be designed. The final designs of VI visual identification system, MI concept identification system and BI behavior recognition system make use of the PDCA cycle theory and process design theory, providing an effective implementation way and management process for QHSE management system in corporate culture construction.On one hand, QHSE management system in Guizhou Gas Group can enhance the quality and efficiency for construction of corporate culture, and on another hand, it can establish good images for Guizhou Gas Group. Generally speaking, it promotes an efficient operation of the management system of Guizhou Gas Group.
