Management Evaluation Of National Reserve Bureau

Most countries in the world have adopted the national material reserve policy since a long period of time. On 1950's ear, China begins following the mentioned above policy, playing the important role in preparing against war, against natural disasters, preventing national economy from out of control and conducting macroscopic regulation. With the development of socialist market economy and appearing of buyer's market, the operating mode based on material object, which was formed under traditional economy condition will be no longer suitable for China economic development, thus partial material reserve assets must be changed into financial reserve assets. In order to scatter risk and keep and add their value, after studying on currently managerial mode of national reserve bureau, this article analysis the situation and problem of national reserve warehouse and material management. According to the research and investigation, we got a primary solving method and evaluation method.Further, according to China material reserve feature and government specific stipulation for conducting capitalized operation, the analysis result for some practical cases shows that can evaluate one warehouse and develop its strength.Finally, we suggest that bureau department responsible for national material reserve and warehouse management should adopt reasonably a complex method to bring up a fresh and excellently managing organization.
