Study On The Relationship Between Work Values And Loyalty Of The Technician In Enterprises

Constructing creative country has been promoted as our country strategy for developing. The enterprise is the most important subject of the technology innovation system in the country, and it is also the most perfect carrier of the combination of the science&technology and producing. And the technician, grasp the advanced technical knowledge and possess the intellectual capital, is the nuclear force in the process of the enterprise technology innovation, also is the key human resource for enterprises to obtain the core competence and competence superiority. the loyal technician will maintain benefit and keep secrets for enterprises and plays the decisive role in the steady and sustainable development of the enterprise. But research indicates: The loyalty of the technician is lower than that the staff on other posts on the whole, Particularly, the loyalty of technician is distinctly lower than that the managerial personnel, so the loyalty of technician is worth to pay close attention to.This paper explores whether the loyalty of the technician of the enterprise will be influenced by the personal work value or not. A feasible solution is to understand the characteristic and tendency of the work value of the technician, and to get to know the present situation of the loyalty of the technician, then to find out the correlation between the work value and the loyalty of the technician, and to discuss the true tendency that work value influences the loyalty, which becomes a significant task for enterprise management and put forward the counter measure of HRM.Through literature analysis,questionaire survey,interview,comparative analysis, this research obtains the main conclusions as follow:1) Comparatively, the technician values Achievement, Associates, Prestige, Economic return, and Way of life,but ignores Security, Variety, Management and Creativity.2) The work value of the technician is different with the different age, degree, and ownership enterprises, Moreover, the difference is quite marked in some factors of work value.3) The loyalty of the technician is not only lower than that the staff on other posts on the whole, but also on the three loyalty factors.
