The research on remuneration has gone through a long process, as remuneration plays a vital role for the development of modern enterprise. With the development of enterprise, its original salary system becomes incompatible with its development, which leads to salary reform. Therefore, it is crucial to design a scientific, suitable and practical system for the company.Based on the salary theory, the study on the reform of Feidie remuneration applies various research methods and takes the actuality of Feidie Corporation into consideration to work out a scientific and applicable salary scheme for the technicians in Feidie so as to solve the incentive issue and to promote the achievement of development strategy.Firstly, the paper goes to the salary theory research and elaborates the designing principles, the types, and the impact factors on salary. Secondly, it does research on the reform of Feidie technicians'salary, makes an analysis on the contingent of skilled workers in Feidie, makes a research on their salary satisfaction and does a detailed investigation on the content and the existing problems of the salary system. Thirdly, it analyzes the prevailing market rate and the inner and outer factors, which affect the company's salary. Fourthly, on the grounds of the research findings, it establishes the strategy, principle, and target of the new salary scheme. Fifthly, it devises the salary structure of the R&D technician and the maintenance technician, then it contrasts the new salary system to the original system, and it makes a prediction on the practical effect of the new program. Finally, it makes an analysis on the improvement and proposes safeguard measures for the implement of the new program.The research not only uses various methods of salary research, but also learns lessons from the experience of the industry salary design and management both home and abroad. Based on the theory and the study object, this paper goes with the process of raising a problem, analyzing the problem and solving it. This paper has certain reference function in the study of the enterprise's salary and its management.
