Analysis And Application Of Construction Project Tendering Decision Model

Under the condition of a more and more competitive construction market, acquiring opportunity to contract project by tendering is an indispensable business section of the construction corporation .With limited resource, earning more chance to contract project through scientific tendering decision is an important strategic subject to the corporation itself. This thesis tries to resolve the problem through mathematics model as a bidder.After literature review of interrelated subjects, the thesis proposes two basic problems of construction bidding theory: tendering opportunity decision and tendering price decision, then analyze the key factors that influencing decision making, and giving an index system to choose the factors. Thereupon, on the basis of tendering and auction theory, the thesis analyzes three types of tendering decision model: statistical decision model, countermeasure model and artificial tendering pricing model, gives the characteristics of the three models, suggests the theoretical value and limitation in use. Thereafter, the thesis suggests a model that on the basis of fussy appraisal and game theory, upon the analysis of before, gives the fussy appraisal model which solving the problem of tendering opportunity, and suggests that different types of projects lead to different key factors, then builds two models on the basis of game theory that solving the problem of tendering price, the models are responsible to two types of tendering appraisal system: lower-price and complex tender price, gives the procedure of building the models, and analyzes the legitimacy of the results and practicable of the models through two examples.Finally the thesis suggests the problems that existing in the analyzing process, and the future study direction, making a fundament for the future analysis.
