Marketing environment has a tremendous changes,it needs that the company adjusts its ability in time to adapt the marketing need.And staff training just is one of methods that holding its core ability and long-term development.Especially in this economic crisis,it depend on every company to cut staff members,and effective training can make staff holding and learning knowledge and skill suited with company's develop,thus the company can earn the core competition,and keep its competitive.For windows machine company,if it want to be the one of market,especially in economic crisis currently,staff's competency is important,it need staff training better.In this paper,STONE Co.,will be an example,and some methods will be used in paper,such as questionnaire method,data research,individual interview and observational method,The content,method and the whole training flow of STONE Co.,will be analyzed and reorientated.Before designing the training system,the paper combining the company tactic and human station,analysis,establish and layout the training demand,and according the STONE Co.,matter of fact,the "STONE Co.,staff training demand questionary" is design.Analyze the training actuality by questionnaire,find the question of company training method,and then combining the tactic and inside and outside condition analyze,set the collectivity frame of STONE Co.,staff training design:found the HR department and train the inside trainer.And redesign the training system of STONE Co.,Perfect the training demand analyze,training plan establish,training curriculum design,training result evaluation,training record manage register,so the staff training can solve the practicality training problems of STONE Co.,And,because STONE Co.,is a small-and-medium-sized enterprise,the study method and system design of paper can be referenced by other small-and-medium-sized enterprise,so the mistakes of small-and-medium enterprises can be improved,and the training efficiency of small-and-medium enterprise can be increased.
