Research On The Organizational Maturity Of Logistics Enterprises

Along with the developing of the information technology, the great transformation of commerce model has been taking place in the increasing impetuous among enterprises. Under the increasing impetuous environment, specially, as the business mode has been changing by using, more and more enterprises'managers learned the idea of"organization is another enterprise resource has been over sighted"for pulling off the competing predominance and development. Thus, the study focus of the management science has turned to the organization research. Aiming at the logistics enterprise organization status recently, this article majors the study of how to analyze, evaluate and develop the capability and maturity model of organization.At first, the paper analyzes the development process of organization theory base on construing the organization connotation. The study of the logistics enterprises organization transformation by the former organization theory is mainly research on the modal transformation of the logistics enterprise organization structure. But the organization structure model cannot solve the entire problem when the organization. Organization transformation ought to has deeper optimization but not for sticking at the point of the organization structure transformation.For this kind of organization transformation, this paper has put forward the study of the unary organization capability, not for sticking at the point of researching the organization focus capability. Also, this paper classifies the organization capability on this basis. The organizational maturity model is a method of evaluating organization that can carry out a strategic target capability by managing daily business activities. Meanwhile, it is also the tool that can help organization to develop a market competition.Secondly, this paper analyzes the Organizational Maturity Model and puts forward the organizational maturity model including organization capability and corresponding resolution, and the content of ways of raising organization capability and the method of evaluating capability. Also puts forward that organizational maturity model not only give out a test result, but also help organization finding out the method of advancing organization capability.
