The 21st century is a brand-new time. The structure of this dissertation is problem proposal, problem analysis and problem solution. The main task is to find how to improve performance evaluation project of Qingdao GD Corp.. With applying theory to reality method, I studied the performance evaluation procedure which Qingdao GD Corp. currently adopts and consequently propose new reform plan. Good performance evaluation system can reflect actual employees'working ability and also their contribution to enterprises. With this evaluation, the employees will get appropriate salary, promotion ,training and etc., and their job will also get right approval from the enterprise. It is extremely important for an enterprise to build up efficient, practical evaluation system according to its'own conditions. In this way, the enterprises are able to face hot competition in market.The performance evaluation is basic point of performance management. This dissertation takes Qingdao GD Corporation as an example. Based on expatiation of concerned performance evaluation theory, it analyzes current situation and the influence factors accordingly. In this dissertation, we discussed some usual methods including Target Management, Balance Scorecard, Key Performance Index and etc.. Some other evaluation methods which would be possibly used in the future are also introduced. in this article we take one of the evaluation methods- Key Performance Index Method- to fix the routine of evaluation. After that, we have made discussion and research on the new evaluation system, devised kinds of KPI index of different level, index weight and evaluation standard and etc., and further more, explained and analyzed the implement procedure of new evaluation system.
