With the continuous expansion of the enterprises organization and the increasing fierceness of the market competition, the practice of enterprises management is also being developed, which brings enterprises management theories broad developing spaces as well as new challenges. The core for an enterprise to survive, develop and eventually gain competitive advantages is to build up effective management system. In our country, the management style of many performance reprises is still on the empirical side, which embodies traditional personnel control employees of the enterprise.To manage the performance of the subsidiary is an important instrument to ameliorate and improve the level of performance. As a large container lines company belonging to government, Changhang container Lines Company faces worse market competition now. How to improve the level of the performance through performance management to belong the subsidiary is important to Changhang container Lines Company.As a kind of new tools of developing strategic management and evaluating performance, The Balanced Scorecard links up the vision, mission, development strategy of enterprise and the system of performance evaluation. Based studying the performance management in home and abroad, this article analyses the status and problem in the performance management to the subsidiary of Changhang container Lines Company, using Balanced Scorecard and Key performance indicate to optimize the system of performance management. It can convert the enterprise task and desire to the measurable goals and methods, then the establishment of the corporation strategy can be combined with the implementation watching. More important, the Balanced Scorecard is still a kind of advanced and new developing management tool to Chinese enterprises. The author hopes to offer references for the corporations to choose, design and using BSC.
