The Study Of The Entire Journey Appraisal And Supervision Of ERP Project

At present, China is taking a new industrialization path as to promote industrialization with informationization and in turn promote informationization with industrialization. ERP system is the promotion of an important measure to implement the new road of industrialization, it has a central support role in the course of the Chinese enterprise informationization.However, the core features of ERP project such as vast investment, hard to implement, long-cycle, high-risk, benefit-delaying and so on cause it's implementation success ratio generally low. To effectively deal with these issues, this article proposed the ERP project entire journey appraisal and supervision model, through carrying on the dynamic fusion of the static appraisal standard and the dynamic ERP implementation process, through carrying on the entire journey appraisal, the surveillance and the inspection of the performance and the benefit from the implementation of ERP projects for enterprises, we can control the entire process of ERP project, thus effectively enhances the ERP project implementation success ratio and maximizes the project benefit.The study is divided into seven parts, the first part introduced the research background and significance; Part II elaborated the correlation theory and present research situation of ERP project appraisal and supervision; Part III proposed the ERP project entire journey appraisal and the supervision model on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the project implementation mechanisms and techno-economic characteristics, and also gave a detailed description of the model; Part IV ,V,VI analyzed and explored the appraisal and supervision purposes, content, methods and implementation process in the stage of preliminary preparations, implementation, and continuous assessment and improvement separately, built the various stages of assessment and supervision indices, and also practiced the actual appraisal and supervision operation with analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy synthesis appraisal method in the context of a case; The seventh part then pointed out the characteristic of this research, and made the forecast to the next correlation research.
