Research For Operation Mode Of Railway Construction Project Supervision And Payment Design

Now China railway construction presents a scenario of fury. Investment main body appeared to be pluralistic in the project construction field. It calls for the improvement and advancement of railway project supervision. The railway supervision enterprises must attract, hold, and make full use of talents by designing and adjusting the human resource system, especially the salary and performance appraisal system which has become the key to acquire compete predominant.This paper expatiates on construction and operation code of supervision organization on spot, and bringing out supervision staff. This paper introduces the control method of railway construction project supervision and use the advanced modern human resource management and apply other scientific methods of designing salary and performance appraisal system to build a stimulating salary and performance appraisal system which is based on " balancing scorecard" that accords with railway supervision enterprises and adapts to market economy. In this paper, The author aims to research scientific, effective, standard project control mode in the railway construction supervision.
