Key Problem Research Of Commercial Vehicle Project Management In SHAC

Because of economic rapidly development in the world, project management become the absolutely necessarily management for most corporations to boost up their competition. Based on their own specialty, it's very important for them to mend the project management's problems and improve their project management level.This paper select commercial vehicle project management as a sample in SHAC(Shanghai Huizhong Automotive Co.LTD). Do a detailed analyse of the design project—New cab of heavy truck, I point out three key problems, then put forward the optimize schemes and improve measures. The main tasks of this dissertation are as follows:1. Identifies that organizational structure, project change management and supply chain relationship are the pivotal problems that affect the project management in SHAC commercial vehicle.2. Do a detail research of the organizational structure's problems, point out the personnel structure and duty desalt are pivotal factors. Then put forward the optimize schemes aim at these problems.3. Point out that ignore cost's effect in CR/DN management, lack of clear decision-making duty and lack of communicate between the group are the pivotal factors. Aim at these factors, I optimized the present process of CR/DN management.4. Do a detail analyse of choose key suppliers in commercial vehicle projects and supply chain relationship in SHAC. Combine the theories of modern project management and dynamic alliance. Then I research how to resolve the supply chain relationship in commercial vehicle design project in SHAC.The research of how to choose project managers is already put in practice in SHAC. In new projects, it help us to improve our control capability of quality, cost and time, then have advantage compare with competitors. SHAC general managers begin regard the research of change affect cost in project change management, and they will optimize the CR/DN process soon. SHAC already make dynamic alliance with one of the world famous vehicle component supplier in car chassis design project, and won a big order form from GM cost RMB 5,000,000,000.
