Study The System Of Supply Chain Management From The Perspective Of Organizational Project Management

At the beginning of the21st century, as two kinds of advanced management thought and method, project management and supply chain management both got the varying degrees of development. Along with the modern project management to develop in the direction of depth and the popularization, organizational project management (hereinafter referred to as the OPM) as a kind of advanced management ideas and methods are put forward. At the same time, on the basis of the organization value chain, the western scholars put forward the material supply chain management (hereinafter referred to as the supply chain management), and started to pay attention to the system construction and research of supply chain management. However, its performance value did not effectively implemented. Two kinds of management thought and method of common purpose is expand the organization market competitiveness and promote sustainable development of the organization. This paper combined the above two kinds of effective management thoughts, and highlighted the advantage of OPM, and thought in terms of OPM operation of supply chain management, then from the OPM perspective built the supply chain management system model. The empirical analysis part chose where had a complete supply chain management content in the middle of the manufacturing enterprise. Trying to provide practical suggestions for the supply chain management under the guidance of OPM project operating.In this paper, in the theoretical analysis part, combining the Chinese and foreign literature scanning, preliminary built the three layers of eight dimensions of OPM supply chain management system model, and proposed the research hypothesis of this paper. In the empirical analysis part, combing the three scales, which contained a total of49questionnaire items (elements), and used SPSS data processing software for descriptive analysis and factor analysis, and limited sample of a total of eight public factors, and then adjusted the elements that various factors contains. The results showed that, factors synthesis named were exactly the same as that of theoretical analysis, and classification of elements was more consistent. In the model modification part, the factor scores and each dimension sorting were done, and analysis of all dimensions and contains elements were summarized and the research hypothesis testing. In the research conclusion, the study made a conclusive analysis for this paper, at the same time, provided practical suggestions and methods for the supply chain management under the guidance of OPM project operating.All in all, this article will provide intermediate manufacturing enterprises a set of complete supply chain management system model from the perspective of OPM, which is the best practices for theoretical guidance that the OPM and supply chain management ideas and methods are both effectively combined. The most of enterprises can draw lessons from the model, using the three layers together, that are organization’s strategy, operations and support, to ensure that the supply chain management can be operated using project management. They will pay attention to the cost of supply chain management, the efficiency and quality, improve the organization market competitiveness, and promote sustainable development of the organization in the end.
