This thesis tries to analyze the growth strategy of micro enterprises in order to provide some advice for local micro enterprises. Its key point is which kind of strategy aim the micro enterprises should build, how to begin the strategy planning, and which kind of misled knowledge in strategy planning the micro enterprises should avoid。This thesis started with the analysis of the basic characters of micro enterprises and the difference between micro enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises. To growing quickly with living stably is the basic strategy aim of micro enterprises. And building core competence of the corporation is the key point to achieve this goal. Here the core competence of the corporation for micro enterprises has some difference with that for big enterprises.Referencing the theory of Value-Chain and TOC (Theory of Constraints), this thesis gave one kind of strategy planning methods --- Key Path Tracing. In the growing of enterprises, they often would meet five Strategy Steps --- Payoff Mode and Survive, Exterior Competition, Basic Management, Miss Advance, Culture and Capital Competition. The enterprises in different scale and stage could get different reference from the Strategy Steps. This thesis also gave some common path to build core competence of the corporation, such as Focus and Differentiation, Improve the consciousness of leaders, and Strategy Fit.This thesis analyzed some kinds of misled knowledge in strategy planning, such as Fly-Model, Ant-Model, Migrator-Model, Spider-Model and Monkey-Model, and gave some advice to avoid it.By the way, this thesis listed some success idea with some cases for micro enterprises to build growing strategy, including Getting into Niche Market, Integrating Sources, Bench-Marking with Imitating Creatively.
