The Research Of Corporation Core Competence Of Tai'an Subsdiary Company Of PICC Based On Corporation Culture

This article holds the view that fine and suitable corporation culture is the base of cultivating core competence. Firstly, on the basis of the study of the core competence's meaning thoroughly, the article draws the conclusion that the core competence is not some single competence or technique but the combination of all kinds of corporation competence and technique. It gives a specific definition that core competence is the accumulative ability to motivate and harmonize staffs subjectivity under the uniform leading of core value view. Next, the article summarizes the rise and development of corporation core competence theory. It also analyzes the shortage of this theory and its impact on contemporary corporation management. Lastly, on the base of analysis on the relationship between core competence and corporation culture and the construction of core competence, combining the practice of corporation culture construction of the Tai'an subsidiary company of PICC, we put forward some effective measures on how to construct corporation culture.
