Research On The Construction Project Design Planning

Recently,the importance of project planning is becoming more and more obvious. Thetheory of project planning has owned scientific theory framework. But the research onthe theme of design needs to be enhanced,while some inadequate aspects lie in theapplicationconstuction practice.Based on the analysis and research of project planning and architecturalprogramming,combined with his consulting practice on the development andconstruction of the headquarter park in Jiading new town of Shanghai and workingexperience as an architect, the author has studied the conception, procedures,contentand practice of construction project design planning. Hoping it can be used as anadequacy to theory framework of project planning ,and useful to the constructionpractice.The thesis has studied construction project design planning. The content of the thesismainly includes as follows:(1) To analyze the basic conception of construction project design planning ,based on the analysis and research of project planning and architectural programming.(2) To analyze the procedures of construction project design planning.(3) To study the main content of construction project design planning.(4) To analyze the practice of construction project design planning by the example of the headquarter park in Jiading new town of Shanghai.
