With the rapid development of China’s auto market, most of the car manufacturershave focused their long-term business development strategy on developing bettermarketing channels. In China, motor vehicles are most sold directly from manufacture toend buyer, the quantity and quality of marketing channels have become critical elementstowards sales performance and market positioning in the industry. As a result, designing asuitable program of marketing channels is found to be of vital importance for theenterprises to develop their projects.This article designed a new program of how to develop promotion channel, basedboth on the profound understanding of C-brand promotion channel, which is the writer sprofessional area, and on the integrating Modern Project Management theory. The writerstarted the design from the very beginning, including the new concept phase, themanagement arrangement in the constructing phase, and the designation of operating inthe after-construct phase. Alone with all those three phases, the writer systematicallystudied the project control and performance evaluation of channel planning, channelselection, and channel constructing. The article provided an efficient and most reasonableway of developing automobile sales channel for the company.
