The Study On The Audit Management Of Construction Projects In Tianjin Economic-technological Development Area

The management of construction projects is a main point and a difficult work for the public control sections. There are special characteristics of the management as: a big amount of fund, long time of using, involved many different departments. The Audit Administration is a public control section of PRC. In recent years, the works of the Audit Administration get stronger and deeper, and the full course follow-up audit of construction projects is being carried out together with the developing of Audit. For Tianjin Economic-technological Development Area (TEDA), the audit of construction projects is a more important part of public controlling, because TEDA is a quick-developing and constructing area.This paper analyzes the status of construction of TEDA, the development of construction projects auditing, and the problems found during the course of construction of TEDA. By the studies of those problems, this paper deeply analyzes the reasons of why those happened. Then it discusses the actual work of audit in order to find the causes of those problems and to try to find ways to solve the problems. This paper also brings forward improving attitudes to the management of construction projects for TEDA by discussing the problems of the management of construction projects found.
