Evaluate Of Supply Chain's Performance Based On Business Process

After enter into 21 century, with the development of information technology, the shortening of product's life-span and the individual requirements of customer, market environment have largely changed, the competition between enterprises become more intense. How to get competition advantage is become an important factor for enterprise's survival and development. The answer is use supply chain management, which is organize, plan, harmonize and control the flowing of material, information and fund between the whole supply chain. For accurately estimate the level of SCM, scientifically analysis and evaluate the operation performance of SCM, and optimize SCM, exertion the SCM's function in the competition market is become a very important research subject.This paper based on the already theory and practice of SC and SCM all around the world, absorb and use for reference the fruit in evaluation of supply chain performance, start from the principle of systematical engineering, funded on the analysis way of business process, creatively claim for four layers, which include input, operation, output and feedback, to evaluate of supply chain performance, and particularly discuss the meanings, the way of account, the data origin of every layer's evaluation index, systematically establish the index system of evaluation of supply chain performance. Afterwards introduce the comparatively objective way, which is information entropy to account the weight of every evaluation index and evaluation layer. Combine with gray relational analysis method for multiple-stage system to evaluate supply chain performance.This paper provide a scientific analysis system of strong maneuverability for evaluation of supply chain performance through the systematical research, and ensure that the companies know their own status of operation of supply chain at any moment and realize how to reform. In the last section of the paper, a case of an enterprise is given to explain the application of theory on evaluation of supply chain performance that is expounded here. Accordingly it made the paper have the practical significance to some extent.
