Study On Evaluation And Development Countermeasure Of Vietnam Haiphong Port Logistics System Based On Gray Relational Degree Method

The 21 st century is considered the ocean century,people use the natural resources of the ocean to promote the country and the region's economy.Port as a foreign trade import and export goods distribution center,with more than 80% of the import and export of goods through sea transport,because the marine route transport is a free route,with international policy support,so the marine industry in the service industry has a huge potential.Haiphong port,has many limitations,hence,it hinders the harbor part of the development of logistics activities.In order to achieve the desired results,there is a need to innovate the management of coastal port logistics services.Since the Vietnamese coastal port logistics has not been interested in the study of domestic writers,therefore,the main goal of this paper is to improve Haiphong port logistics system.In this paper,through the collection of domestic and foreign materials from the port service logistics theory research and development services,the meaning of the port service is theoretical and practical,so this paper also introduced the basic situation of the coastal port logistics system,Port logistics system characteristics,and analysis of the port inside and outside the environment analysis.Through the logistics of the theoretical research methods and logistics it is possible to build the coastal port logistics evaluation index system.The weight of the index is calculated by the expert evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process method to meet the requirements of the study.This paper mainly combines the analytic hierarchy process with the gray system correlation method.The evaluation model of Haiphong port logistics system is established,which not only can evaluate the subsystems in the system,but also evaluate the whole system synthetically.The basic idea is that the hierarchical structure model is established by the analytic hierarchy process,then the judgment matrix is constructed and the eigenvectors and eigenvalues of the matrix are calculated,so that the weight of the port logistics system can be obtained.Then,according to the gray relational analysis method,the evaluation result vector of the development level of the logistics system in different ports is calculated,and the total weight calculated by the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the development level of the port logistics system in different ports of the four major ports in Vietnam Sorting behavior and the degree of association between subsystems.The result of the calculation is the importance of the port logistics system to the development of the port logistics,and if it is found that there is any difference between each link of the port logistics,then put forward the reform opinions and plans.The important objectives of this paper are studied in port logistics management solutions and logistics systems,with the introduction of policies that take appropriate development strategies.
