| Along with the developing of the market, relationship marketing has been regarded more and more important on theory and practice. Under the relationship marketing mode, the aim for a company is not only to get more customers but also to retain customers.In China there are some mistakes in understanding and operation for customer relationship marketing. Some companies have tried to keep a good relationship with customers in the marketing practice. Because of lacking of complete and system analysis on customer and always copying what other companies have done, it is hard to get good effect.In this article I try to find out the factors to affect the relationship between company and customer using Game theory knowledge. I found the factors including industry which the company is, the wish that customer is to build the relationship with company, customer payoff ability and so on. Based on research on customers, I try to build relationship marketing strategy from product, service, communicate flat and so on. The relationship marketing strategy makes us known well about customer. It is easily to be put into practice and get better effect.At last I take Skyworth company of HK as an example to prove the customer relationship marketing practical and effective. |
