At present, when Knowledge Economy becomes closer and closer to us, especially after China entering WTO, the global economy's integration process has made the China's market competition be an open international one. Chinese companies can survive and develop under such a competitive economy situation only by constantly strengthen their own management capability. Human Resource is the ultimate force to create value. Keeping talents and developing man's efficiency and creativity is the company's key to success.China manufacturing industry has already got quite a large scale and occupied 35%-40% of the GNP. Manufacturing is the ultimate factor in the nation's economy. China's favorable investment environment and infrastructure, fast economy development trend, steady social environment, low-cost labor force and its enormous market have attracted more and more multinational companies. In the face of more and more severe competition pressure, China's manufacturing company must fully increase its own competence in order to win the competition in the 21st century. Human Resource Management is one of the weaknesses in China's companies'management. To integrate HR Management theory with our actual situation and find our own HR Management way is important to China's economy development and society's prosperity.This thesis studies on the status quo of national and international equipment manufacturing enterprises'HR Management and compares the differences between these two. With the development of the economy and the innovation of the management theory, both Performance Management and Compensation Management theory have new transformation and development. This thesis studies and makes analysis on this and puts forward existing problems and the development trend in future.Take the project"Human Resource Management Optimization of Tianjin Sanyuan Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Co."implemented by School of Management, Tianjin University as an actual case; this thesis introduces how to induct HR Management system into China's equipment manufacturing company to improve corporate performance. It is hoped that this thesis could give reference to the increase of our companies'competence and the development of China's national industry.
