| The whole world economic integration makes the system of global economy take shape, and logistics, as the operation abasement and guarantee, which function in the economy development in many countries, is more and more obvious. The construction of logistics infrastructure, the level of logistics operation and operation efficiency become the three indexes to judge the logistics development. This paper aims to the construction of logistics park, which is including in the infrastructure.In China, because of the long-term planned economy system, the process of logistic industry is obviously slow, and now, it turns into the bottleneck part which obstructs the development of market economy, so the speed up of logistics industry instruction already demands immediate attention. Nowadays, many places are actively exploring the development ways of logistics, surely, logistics park, is one of it. But nowadays, in China, the level of logistics park development is just at the elementary phase, the concrete contents need to be supplement. Under this situation, the paper offers the theory and integral frame of logistics park planning in our country.This thesis firstly introduces the basic elements of logistics park planning, such as demands of modern logistics, position of logistics park in logistics system, the definition, classification, function of logistics park and development mode of logistics park. After that, the paper analyzes the system of logistics park planning from four aspects, like the content of logistics park planning, the study of logistics park demand, and the total scale calculate of logistics park. Then, the paper introduces the DEA and the application of this method in the investment scale of logistics park, at the meantime, puts the method in use practically. At last, the paper establishes assessment index system, the fuzzy comprehensive assessment is used in the assessment of logistics park development, and the actual example is stated. |
