Study On Strategy Of Managing Wholesale Price Contract In The Supply Chain Under Disruptions

Supply chain management (SCM) theory has been the hot spot which academic and enterprise circles both focused on, it has been more and more applied to the manufacturing and operating management of the enterprises in the supply chain. However, in practical operation, SCM is confronting the increasingly complex challenges which exist in the space, time and other aspects of the supply chain networks. Material flow, information flow and asset flow get flowing or transacting until each enterprise on node in supply chain makes normal transaction. At present, the popular practice is that through establishing contract relationships to coordinate the upper and lower node enterprises' profits among supply chain partners. So supply chain contract should be one of the key studying directions of the SCM in the future. Nevertheless, wholesale price contract, as one of the contracts, is widely used in practice, it is easy to manage and accordingly reduce the management costs for enterprises. In theory speaking, coordination contracts are all based on wholesale price contracts in some extent, so it appeared to be especially important to study on it.At the same time, for a supply chain the exterior circumstances which it is in is full of uncertain factors, we often meet with all kinds of disruptions, which make the former plan seldom executed smoothly and steadily, the issue of supply chain disruption management is coming out. Then, how does the enterprises on the supply chain optimal deal with the situations under the wholesale price contract?Firstly, this paper presents the supply chain's connotation, and further summarize the supply chain contract theory, analyzes the supply chain contract features, presents the containing contents of supply chain contracts in detail, and gives its classification. Then in the light of more and more disruptions making serious demand disruptions for the market demand, here it analyzes the necessity of the disruption management in SCM, and sets forth the general structure and math model of disruption management studying, analyzes the disruption management's stages and steps, in detail introduces how the supply chain disruption management deals with disruptions.
