| This study compares how China, America, and Japan renovate the technology property right, and how they establish the operation based on their economic development and technology, in terms of management, market, and law enforcement. These renovations and operations improve the success rate of technology transfer, accelerate the technology industrialization, and advance their nation's competitiveness. Furthermore, the study proposes the new directions of technology property right in China such as how to privatize the technology property right, promote the commercialization of technology property right, and etc. In summary, this academic study presents the efforts of researching for the optimal combination of technology and economy as well as the allocation of technology resource. It contributes to the establishment of a low cost, high efficient technology property right system in China theoretically. |
