| With the coming of Knowledge Economy, the compensation motivation of knowledge workers becomes more and more important. However, present compensation motivating scheme to knowledge workers of the enterprises in China has been still based on the original job analysis and evaluation. This traditional compensation scheme makes employee's compensation and his contribution out of joint and cannot motivate knowledge workers effectively. This has strongly influenced the working enthusiasm of knowledge workers and disturbed long-term development of the enterprises. It's on this background that the compensation scheme based on competence comes into being. In this thesis, we take software enterprises in China for instance and research on the application of competence model in compensation scheme.In this thesis, basing on the analysis of the characteristics of human resource in software enterprises and the problems of present compensation scheme and the introduction of some relative theories of broad-banding, we discuss the applicability of broad-banding scheme based on competence in software enterprises. After that, we utilize network resource and"word frequency statistic method"to set up a competence model of the professional employees in software enterprises of China. Secondly, we theoretically evaluate the competence level of professional employees in software enterprises of China, using fussy comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy mathematics and compare the competence level between employees. Finally, we discuss the application research of competence model in the compensation scheme design of software enterprises in China: We first set up the competence model of specific professional employee, then evaluate his competence level and establish the broad-banding structure to professional employees of software enterprises. At last, we fix the compensation level of each employee in the enterprise. |
