Research On Core Competence Based On Knowledge Integration Of Software Enterprises

At the end of 20th century, with the spreading and developing of the core competence theory, core competence has already been taken granted as the key factor which decides the existence and development of enterprises by each field of social economy. Utilizing knowledge integration to research the core competence has been considered by domestic and international experts as the most effective approach to build, maintain and enhance the core competence. The software enterprise is the typical knowledge enterprise. Implementing knowledge integration endows important strategic meaning to the software enterprise for building, maintaining and enhancing its core competence.With the guidance of theories and methods of the system science, combingning theories of management science, knowledge management and core competence, the paper systematically studies the core competence of software enterprise problem. Firstly, the theory of knowledge management is combined with the core competence in order to analyze software enterprise knowledge, knowledge integration of software enterprise and the core competence of software enterprise. And it demonstrates that knowledge integration is the key of core competence of software enterprise. On the basis of above-mentioned analysis, this paper proposes the model of core competence based on knowledge integration of software enterprise. Then, it analyzes the whole status of Chinese software industry nowadays by using SWOT. And then aiming at the stage of core competence of Chinese software industry, it presents the route of building and enhancing the core competence. Hereafter this paper respectively analyzes that the integration of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, the integration of new knowledge and original knowledge, the integration of external knowledge and internal knowledge, the integration of personal knowledge and organizational knowledge conduces to enhance the core competence based on knowledge integration.
