Companies have their own corporate lifecycle including birth, grown-up, maturity, decrepitude and death as a natural life. Whether a company could survive after its birth, could grow up from childhood to mature period, and could obtain the capability of continual development, is mainly depend on whether it could get over the management trap of last growing phase and gain a new developing power. Growing period is one part of company's lifecycle after"babyhood", and it means that a company has not become mature to be an"adult". The most confused problem which growing companies have met is that they have to face up to different challenges: production and sales scale is larger than they were in"babyhood", the amount of employees is increasing greatly, employees are separated into different groups, and there exist conflicts between"old"and"new"people of the company. The effective management methods used in"babyhood"is now becoming barriers of developing. Meanwhile, companies in growing period have to face survival, growing and competitive challenges.Human recourses are key recourses of a company, and HR management is the most important management tool to improve companies'competence capability. When companies are in growing period, they have to face more HR management requirement and challenges, but most growing companies have pool HR management, and that's why HR management of growing company need a revolution.At first, it is supposed to improve leadership power by changing the role of company leaders, setting up a management team and cultivating successors. Secondly, management controlling including company rebuilding, dividing functional work, setting up regulations and empower mechanism is ought to be carried out. In the third place, based on job analysis, growing companies should improve their performance assess and payment system to attract more people. Last by not least, corporate cultureneeds to be regarded seriously to take measures including publicizing corporate mission and vision around employees and settling the conflict between"old"and"new"people.
