Enterprise Business Performance Evaluation Based On Lifecycle And Growth Capability

Business management is on the base of performance evaluation. How to design the system of performance appraisal in order to achieve the sustainable development? This paper combined the performance appraisal,the theory about lifecycle and the ability for growth. Starting from the lifecycle and based in the ability for growth, the paper illustrated systematically the performance appraisal on different stages in the lifecycle. The view of the research in the performance appraisal,the lifecycle and the ability for growth is wide, but the ones combining the performance appraisal,the theory about lifecycle and the ability for growth is not enough. The ability for growth is related with the lifecycle, also the link between the lifecycle and the performance appraisal. The paper scientifically designed the system of performance appraisal in order to improve the life quality of the enterprise and achieve the sustainable development, learning from the research about he performance appraisal,the lifecycle and the ability for growth both at home and abroad.
