Research On Land-use Structure Of Ancient Township Based On Lifecycle Stage Of Tourism Resorts

Land-use structure is an important aspect of the study on land-use problems of cities and towns, and these questions are the focus of many subject researches. Since reform and opening-up, with the development of China's tourism industry, the exploitation of ancient town tourism is changing every day. The academic world pays much attention to the progresses of ancient town tourism as well, in particular the evolvement of old town land and its structural optimization during its course of development.Starting with the corresponding relationship between the life cycle of tourism resorts at different stages and land-use structure of township, and taking Zhouzhuang and Qiandeng in Kunshan, Jiangsu——two typical Jiangnan water- antiquity town for examples, this article shows the evolution of land-use structure of township and its laws with the transition of tourism area lifecycle, and brings up a land-use structure optimization strategy of old town under an influence of tourism to search for a sustainable road for its development.Characterized by a thorough "case studies" based, this paper takes research results about Zhouzhuang as points of focus and reference, and research findings on Qiandeng as points of extension and be reference by, comparing and contrasting the two results, drawing conclusions, and summing up the law of sublimation from the individual to the general. Through comparison and sublimation of these studies, this article holds that leading industry stricture extremely impacts on the development of old town, the structure of ancient town land for the development model is not alike with different industrial structure, and land-use structure optimization of ancient town driven by tourism industry is to optimize the industrial structure of tourism. Tourism development model of different town is same or similar. Ideally, the land of ancient town developing tourism industry will form a concentric structure, however, after multiple factors affecting, its shape is plaque, caused by the distribution of a number of scenic spots around the town center.
