A Study On Corporate Finacial Strategy At Growth Stage

Strategic management has been paid much more attention in entrepreneurship under the complicated and volatile economic environment since the economy in China enters into the period of rapid extension along with global economic integration.Financial strategy as the chief component of corporate strategy plays a important role in business. It's of great necessity for HF Industrial Corporation( hereinafter referred to HF),which focus on real estate industry as their primary business, to provide analysis on finance-strategic goal in the next five years and steps on financial strategy achievement,ensuring the increase of enterprise value and the shareholder benefit maximization through business operation strategic adjustment in this period of rapid extension under current macro-control economic situation. Therefore,the reseach on the financial strategy for HF at growth stage is coming up with.With the framework of SWOT Analysis Models applying to finacial strategy development, this article identifies the existing problems of the company , analyzes the current environment and economic situation, provides the case study and proposes an approach to solution.In the first part ,the article gives a review of macro-control policy issued by government since the year of 1998 consequently leading to the impacts on the real estate industry. Subsequently the article presents the statement of financial strategy theory,the relationship between corporate strategy and financial strategy, financial strategy theory at growth stage and the analysis and orientation for HF.The conclusion goes to the studies on the pratical analysis for HF on the financial strategy at growth stage,the determination of strtegy goals, and the steps on generating financial strategy in financing, investment and risk management.
