So it's very important to learn the competition status of 3G industry, establish sound business model and realize value maximum.Taken as an intuitionistic tool, value chain provides systemic thinking and scientific study framework for the study and decision-making of communication industry. In 3G era, many new elements enter into former industry chain with traditional voice service, turning its step to data service.
