Today, the connection between competition advantage of corporation and"human"is closer and closer. Human resource management is greatly valued. Human resource not only functions as service provider but also as corporation's advantage gainer. For its essential function in human resource management, Performance management is so highly emphasized that it has been regarded as a nuclear part of cooperation management system.From Oct,2004,We had been researching the project—performance management designation for SKE. The development of human resource management of SKE is lagged behind under when compared with the sweeping development of human resource management throughout the world. The poor performance management is the bottleneck of SKE's development. So this article drafts a roadmap of performance management system for SKE according to SKE's actuality.This article's investigation target is SKE, and investigation area corporation microcosmic organization. According to SKE's performance management actuality, we design performance management for SKE. In Chapter 1 we introduce our investigation problem and purpose, in Chapter 2 we cover the knowledge of performance management, in Chapter 3 we illuminate Chinese corporation performance management actuality, in Chapter 4 we analyze SKE's performance management, and in Chapter 5 we design SKE's performance management according to the Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indication. In last chapter our conclusion is drawn.
