Study On The Mechanism And Countermeasures Of Impelling The Urban-rural Integration Depending On The Airport Economy

After the reform and opening up in China,there is an ever-widening gap in development between urban and rural areas because of many reasons,and the various economic and social contradictions also appear frequently,it results the a dual structure in urban and rural areas gradually.Integration of the urban and rural areas is more importance in this background.Integration of the urban and rural as a new phase of urban development wants to take industry and agriculture,urban and rural areas,urban residents and rural residents as a whole to co-ordinate planning,comprehensive research, to promote urban and rural economic and social comprehensive,coordinated,and sustainable development through institutional reforms and policy adjustments.There is a large difference of development in our country,the tasks of integration of urban and rural areas throughout are also different.The article takes the Shun Yi district as background, promotes the new viewpoint of integration of the urban and rural areas supported by air economy.By the advantage from airdrome,we should promote urban infrastructure construction vigorously,allocate the production factors rationally,enhance the economic vitality of urban and rural,support the leading enterprises grow,change the urban-rural dual economic structure gradually,and realize integration of the urban and rural.This thesis is divided into four chapters.In chapter one,the article combines scholar's viewpoint from domestic and foreign,proposes the concept,content,features and dynamic mechanism of integration of the urban and rural areas.In chapter two,on the basis of the analysis of status of Shun Yi District in economic development and industrial arrangement,the article proposes the guideline of integration of the urban and rural areas supported by airport economy,introduces the industries involved in airport economy in detail,including electronic and telecommunication industry,the logistics industry,the automobile industry and so on,the article also consider the airport economy is not only the need of economic development,but also the approach of integration of the urban and rural areas and harmonious society.In chapter three,the article focuses on the mechanism of airport economy promotes integration of urban and rural areas to promote, and analyzes the content of integration of urban and rural areas from the construction of urban infrastructure,the distribution of production factors,the development of the professional market,the increase of farmer's income.Finally,the article puts forward the obsracles of the integration of urban and rural areas and suggests the measure according to the development of airport economy.The integration of urban and rural areas is a significant and profound social change, it is not only the innovation of conception,but also the change of policy measures,it is not only the transition of the method of development,but also the adjustment of industrial arrangement and interest relationship.The article seeks to show that the integration should focus on promoting the integration of urban and rural areas,play the local feature,sets the Shun Yi airport economy for example,and set the direction for cities which have similar advantages.
