Research On Evaluation Method For Oilfield Enterprise's Technological Strength

Science and technology is the crystal of human wisdom,and it is the strong motive force of promoting economic and social development, and it is a sort of revolutionary force of huge impetus function in the history. As the first productivity, science and technology also has great influence over the petroleum enterprise, and every progress of the science and technology has huge push function to the developments of petroleum enterprises in our country. In order to push the long-term development of enterprise, the petroleum enterprise has to clearly recognize science and technology level itself, and practically raise the science and technological strength. Therefore, it is extremely important to choose a scientific method to evaluate oilfield technological strength, and it is currently need to do research on evaluation method for oilfield technological strength.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of technological strength, analyzes domestic and international present condition of research on evaluation of technological strength and existent problems, thus make sure the total way of thinking of this paper; Secondly, according to the design principle of index system for evaluation, the index system for evaluation of oilfield technological strength is built up from three aspects that include input of science and technology, activity of science and technology and output of science and technology; Then, the paper points out four evaluation methods that are analytic hierarchy process improved, fuzzy evaluation method, simple additive weighting method and grey relational analysis method, and analyzes principal, process, advantage and disadvantage and applicable range, and considers that grey relational analysis method is more adapt to evaluating oilfield technological strength than other kinds of methods; Based on this, the grey comprehensive evaluation model evaluating oilfield technological strength is established; Finally, input of science and technology, activity of science and technology, output of science and technology and technological comprehensive strength of three units of Daqing Oilfield Limited liability Corporation are evaluated by using the index system and the grey comprehensive evaluation model brought forward in this paper, and this paper puts forward to countermeasure and advise for upgrading oilfield technological strength. The result of the evaluation shows that the evaluation index system and method have rationality and feasibility.
