With the development of science and technology ,the demand of talents extends increasingly .The essence of competition between enterprises has already become the competition of talents. how to retain talents and cultivate and improve employees'loyalty degree is the key of sustainable development of enterprises. Psychological contract is very important to keep the hiring relationship,maintain employees'morale and raise their loyalty degree as a supplement of economic contract. Compared with economic contract, the content of employees'psychological contract is ambiguous, implicit and dynamic, but it influences employees'attitude and behavior to the enterprises and the work performances so greatly that it becomes one of the most important studies in human resource management and organizational behavior field.This dissertation first reviews the results of the research on psychological contract and employees'loyalty and loyalty degree in the past by the scholars abroad and inland. They include the development of conceptions and characteristics of psychological contract;the implications, influences on the development of enterprises,economic value model,evaluating methods and relevant contents of employees'loyalty and loyalty degree.Through the investigation of employees in Chinese enterprises this study focuses on several aspects of employees'psychological contract and loyalty degree: the content of psychological contract and loyalty degree of employees; the relationship of employees'psychological contract and loyalty degree; psychological contract breach and violation of employees; effects of psychological contract violation; the measures to cultivate and improve employees'loyalty degree from the angle of psychological contract.
