In the design enterprise,the designer is the most valuable resource,and their departure will undoubtedly make the enterprise suffer heavy losses.Based on the recent status of S design institute and similar design enterprises,the designer turnover has increased.To reduce staff turnover,employee loyalty has become the key to human resources management of design enterprise.Furthermore,when it comes to human resource management,psychological contract plays a very important role in maintaining the relationship between enterprises and employees and improving employees' loyalty.By analyzing psychological contract to loyalty,we can sufficiently understand how to improve employees' loyalty in psychological contract level,and appropriately make regulations based on the analysis result.In this paper,investigation among the S design institute employees was conducted to validate above hypothesis.The concepts of psychological contract and loyalty,also the correlation ship between these two has been diagnosed initially before the investigation.Psychological contract is divided into organizational responsibility and employee responsibility,and has three dimensions: norm,interpersonal and development.And loyalty has two parts: attitude and behavior.This research includes the analysis of characteristics of Psychological contract and loyalty,influence of Internal factors of Psychological contract and relationship between Psychological contract and loyalty.Research shows enterprises can have a positive impact on employee loyalty through the performance of psychological contract.Questionnaire was made by using hypothetical correlation model,and analyzed by mathematical tools(SPSS).103 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS used these samples to analyze the scale's reliability and validity,and then the correlation parameters among variables were tested through factor analysis to verify the hypothesis.Results show that the psychological contract and employee loyalty has positive correlation.Several suggestions were proposed for design enterprises to promote employees loyalty and to keep enterprises sustainable development.
