Research On Multiple Projects Management In Survey And Design Enterprises

Recently, with the rapid development of economics and the promotion of technology in many fields, the construction project in home and the international construction project that construction enterprises get in our country are becoming more and more, and the methods of construction projects management are getting popular and developed. However, in survey and design phase, which will bring great influence to the quality and cost of construction project and has the feature of project, the development of management technology is far behind the construction project, which leads to poor design quality and low efficiency. Many design projects are usually carried out in survey and design enterprises, and most of those have short time limit, lots of involved factors and great influence. On the other hand, as the globalization of economics, trade and market, the market competition is becoming fiercer, the level of project management in survey and design enterprises needs to be improved rapidly.Starting with the management ideas, organization structure model, management methods, and management means, this thesis considers the relationship between projects and enterprise strategy at the same time, and primarily constructs the multi-project management mode in our survey and design enterprise. The main results and conclusions in this thesis are listed below:Firstly, survey and design project is introduced and the character of multiple project management in survey and design enterprise is summarized. Secondly, a method of project selection based on fuzzy is given out. Thirdly, the problems in matrix organization structure are analyzed, the corresponding resolved methods are proposed. At last, the existing problems in human resource are analyzed and some suggestion is come up with. Besides, in the paper, knowledge management is primarily introduced into multiple project management in survey and design enterprise.
