Survey And Research On Informationization In Survey And Design Enterprises

Survey and design enterprises are mainly engaged in project construction planning, investigation, design, consulting, research and development and project turnkey contract. Survey and Design is the soul of project construction and plays an important role in promoting the development of the national economy. Therefore, informationization is very essential for survey and design enterprises.Informationization in the Chinese survey and design enterprises, after years of practice and exploration, has made inspirational achievements, but also presented some deep-seated problems, especially in the development and building of integrated management system. Through analysis of the effects of informationization on the survey and design industry and the profile of informationization in the same industry, problems and shortages of informationization in survey and design enterprises are pointed out; via analysis of the main contents of informationization in the survey and design industry, the direction and goals of informationization are clarified; On basis of summarization and analysis of the development process of informationization in the design and survey industry, an innovative framework and development theory is presented for informationization in design and survey enterprises; Via analysis and research on the demonstration projects of the "10th 5-year" brainstorm subjects listed by the Ministry of Construction, basic contents of informationization in design and survey enterprises are pointed out and creative ways and reference criteria are given for development and building of integrated information management system in design and survey enterprises; In combination with the work scope and actual informationization conditions in the design and survey enterprises, a series of constructive comments and suggestions are raised for informationization in the design and survey enterprises. The research achievements of this paper could be used as reference criteria for informationization in design and survey enterprises, as well as reference solutions for concrete problems rising in informationization development.This paper's findings have been verified in the implementation of demonstration projects of the "10th 5-year" brainstorm subjects listed by the Ministry of Construction. This paper mainly fulfils the following tasks:(1) Research on the effects, basic conditions and existing problems of informationization in the research and survey industry;(2) Research on development direction and goals of informationization in the survey and design industry;(3) Presenting the framework and development theory of informationization in design and survey enterprises;(4) Analysis and research on the demonstration projects of the "10th 5-year" brainstorm subjects listed by the Ministry of Construction and providing reference criteria for informationization in design and survey enterprises;(5) Raising comments and suggestions for informationization in design and survey enterprises;(6) Finally summarizing the research achievements and main works of this paper.
