The development approaches only focused on the economic growth is becoming limited as the dire consequences are enormous. The concept of"Sustainable Development"is immediately accepted all over the world from the very beginning it was brought up last century. A door to an epoch is opened for human, the harmonious development between human and the nature is on going.Coordinated development of FEEEP is the key point of sustainable development, and it is more significant to study sustainable development in a region. Jiangsu province is one of the rapid economic growth provinces in China, but with the rapid economic growth we are short of resource and producing a mass of pollution all the time. The government had noticed this problem and put forward to construct ecological province in the next 20 years. Coordinated development of FEEEP in a region refers to building the collaboration, cooperation relationship among the FEEEP subsystems. This paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, applying grey relative analysis method and principle for composite system to study the coordinated development of FEEEP system of Jiangsu. Firstly, it summarizes the former research on the coordinated development of FEEEP, and then introduces the current situation of Jiangsu. In this paper, I setup an index system of FEEEP for Jiangsu province and use grey relative analysis model to analyze the relationships within the five subsystems and their factors, then use the synergetic theory and composite system model to investigate the trend of composite system harmony degree under a time serial, and discover the causes for the trend movement. In the final part of this paper, the author put forwards some suggestions to improve the regional carrying capacity from the five aspects.
